Since 2010 alone, its real estate associates directed the acquisition of over $6 billion of multifamily properties for its non-traded REITs throughout the Mid-West and Southeast U.S., coordinating and satisfying the needs of the board of directors, investors, market conditions, the IRS and SEC. Prior to 2008, the company’s focus on affordable communities required our real estate professionals to acquire multifamily communities and real property suited for affordable requirements established by the IRS, governmental agencies and LIHTC investors.
