With over $1 Billion in residential assets owned/or managed, our multifamily properties comprise the largest portion of our portfolio. Steadfast has been involved in the acquisition, refurbishment and/or management of more than 55,000 multifamily residential units over the past 25 years. Today, Steadfast also owns and operates three hotels in Mexico and is a joint venture partner in five senior living facilities, all of which were developed by Steadfast Companies.

Steadfast also leverages its expertise and depth of tenant relationships to provide third party services for the entitlement, development, repositioning and management of real estate.

This is managed by consistent oversight and sound communications and transparency with our Associates, residents, partners and investors.
We have undertaken projects with LEEDS certifications, solar installations, green loan originations, energy saving projects with LED lighting, low-flow toilets, and-the-like.
Steadfast has its own in-house foundation supporting charities—the Steadfast Giving Tree Foundation, which has contributed more than $500,000 and many associate hours over the past five years.
Steadfast has sponsored publicly registered companies, subject to quarterly and annual filings, and has implemented regulatory compliance programs dealing with ethics, conflicts of interests and whistleblower practices.
