Having overseen more than 150 projects through various phases, our team plays an instrumental role in repositioning, stabilizing and monitoring underperforming assets and designing disposition programs to capitalize on positive market conditions.
As an example, our team oversaw twelve tax credit equity funds, representing approximately $240 million in asset value, for key industry leaders, such as JPMorgan Chase, GE Capital Corp. and Fannie Mae. Specifically, Steadfast provided these investors with coordinated sponsor communications, property oversight, financial reporting, tax services, risk management, and regulatory compliance for over 70 affordable multifamily residential projects (approximately 8,000 units) funded with tax-exempt bonds and/or low-income housing tax credits, among other sources. Steadfast also managed, among other real estate assets, an international real estate fund for private investors; handling investment selection, due diligence, compliance matters and accounting and financial reporting.
