Steadfast Companies acquires Estraya Boerne

Steadfast Companies announces its acquisition of Estraya Boerne, a 288-unit Class A multifamily community in Boerne, Texas—one of the state’s fastest growing regions.

Spanning nearly 16 acres, the community is comprised of eight 3-story wood-frame buildings and a wealth of resort-style amenities, including a versatile community/business center, state-of-the-art fitness center, sparkling pool and sundeck, with hammock lounge, outdoor bar-b-q/picnic areas, and a pet park and spa. The spacious 2- and 3-bedroom units include chefs’ kitchens with islands, washers and dryers, and balconies or patios.

The acquisition of Estraya Boerne follows the April, 2024, purchase of Residences at Salado, a 252-unit affordable community in San Antonio, Texas. The property is slated for significant renovations to the exterior and interiors over the next year and a grand re-opening early 2025.
