Steadfast Residential Properties under the direction of R. Kyle Winning is the largest group within Steadfast Companies with over $1,200,000,000 in assets owned or managed. The Residential Properties Division has been involved in the acquisition, refurbishment and/or management of more than 20,000 multifamily residential units. The division has ownership interest in, operates, or has under development, more than 14,500 units in 18 states across the U.S.

These properties have been purchased and renovated or newly constructed by Steadfast with the assistance of private and public-sector funding, conventional financing or through tax-exempt bond financing and the sale of Low Income Housing Tax Credits. In addition, Steadfast has managed extremely complicated, mixed-financed new construction projects.

Steadfast Residential Properties has developed a comprehensive management system, based on the expertise of its professional staff, principals and officers through its affiliate company – Steadfast Management Co., Inc. The management company provides property management services and handles the detailed housing compliance issues for the division’s affordable apartment communities. Through Pacific Coast Land and Development it oversees and manages all construction, renovation and capital improvement projects.
