Started in 1996 under the leadership of Robert Murray, the division has a professional staff capable of overseeing all aspects of the commercial development process. This includes acquisition, marketing, finance, entitlement processing, design, construction and management of various types of commercial properties – retail, office and industrial.

Since its inception, the division has developed over 200 acres of land and over 4,000,000 square feet of real estate in the Western United States, and today currently owns and operates assets valued at approximately $402 million.

Steadfast Commercial Properties currently has major office and retail projects under management throughout California, Oregon and Washington.
